Meet the Teacher

Hello there!  Thanks for stopping by my little blog here!  Here's a little info about me...if you want to know anything else, feel free to ask.  I'm an open book!

My name is Mandi Palmer and I am a third grade teacher in Texas.  I've taught kindergarten and 1st grade, but my heart and soul is in 3rd!

I graduated with my bachelors degree in Elementary Education (EC-6) in May of 2011.

Then, in May of 2014, I graduated with my Masters degree in Education Administration! Yay!
I am married to a wonderful man, Jerramy!  I love this man...more every day!  He keeps me sane when I get caught up in the crazy world of teaching and blogging and networking....and laundry :)  He rocks my world! He is a wonderful father, husband and partner.  I couldn't image spending my forever with anyone else!

  (I can't decide if I want blonde hair or brown.....don't judge me! hehe)

We have quite the "mixed" family.  We both came into our marriage with a child (he brought his son and I brought my daughter) and we made things interesting by having 2 kids of our own!  We have a 17 year old named Jordon, an 11 year old named Caitlyn, a 2 year old named Jaci and our most recent addition is Jaxon- he was born in July!   We are blessed!

We have 3 Siberian husky dogs and we love them to pieces.  My husband and I live out in the country and enjoy the peace and quiet that brings.

We are college football lovers in this house.  Although, I must say, we are a house divided.  I am a HUGE Auburn Tiger fan {WAR EAGLE!}
and he is a HUGE Texas fan {BOOOOO!}.  Fall is interesting here at the Palmer place :)

If there is anything else you'd like to know, I would love to answer any questions you have.  Thanks for stopping by...I hope you'll do it again sometime <3

  2. Good Morning. I LOVE your blog! I am wondering if you could post your actual daily schedule. I am trying to figure out how to fit in the basal story/lesson and the daily five stations.
